About Us
Artful Memories is a year-long solidarity project designed and implemented by the Youth Estia team, aiming to build meaningful connections between young people and elderly residents of the Veria Nursing Home. In a rapidly evolving world, where digital communication often replaces face-to-face interaction and older adults frequently experience social withdrawal, Artful Memories stands as a gentle reminder of the value of human presence, shared stories, and creative expression.
Our vision is simple yet profound: to create a warm space where memories come alive through art, where generations meet with mutual respect, and where creativity becomes a bridge between past and present.
